What is Passes?

Passes is a creator economy platform designed to empower creators by providing them with a comprehensive set of tools to monetize their content, engage with fans, and manage their business.

Passes is bold, exclusive, and empowering. We’re here to help creators become entrepreneurs and give fans access to unforgettable experiences. Our personality is confident and vibrant—always forward-thinking but grounded in authenticity and connection.

Branding Overview and Decision Process

During the development of Passes’ branding, I created three distinct visual identities to explore different directions for the brand:

First Version: Focused on clean, modern lines with a bold green aesthetic. The green represented growth and entrepreneurship, but it presented a challenge in aligning with our event culture and lifestyle elements. Integrating the color into our real-life events—known for a more luxurious, night-life appeal—felt out of sync with the tone and energy we wanted to convey.

Second Version: A sleek purple gradient, emphasizing professionalism and creativity. While visually striking, it lacked the vibrant energy needed to reflect our community-driven events and parties.

Final Version: The two-tone orange and plum variant emerged as the ideal choice. It successfully balanced boldness and sophistication, making it the best reflection of both our digital product and the immersive, high-energy events we frequently host. The warm tones of orange paired with the richness of plum perfectly encapsulated the VIP, exclusive feel that Passes aims to deliver.

Logo

Primary Logo: The logo combines clean, bold typography with a modern touch, utilizing the two-tone orange and plum gradient to create a dynamic, eye-catching mark.

Color Palette

The color palette is designed to evoke a sense of energy, creativity, and exclusivity, aligning with both the digital product and the high-energy real-life events Passes organizes.

Imagery

The imagery should focus on a VIP experience, with real-life moments from Passes events. We use high-quality photos that capture the energy of our brand, emphasizing the connection between creators and fans, both online and in person.

Unique Visual Elements:

To extend the VIP concept, Passes incorporates elements typically seen at exclusive events: tickets, wristbands, and VIP lanyards. These elements symbolize the exclusivity and special access fans receive on the platform, embodying the high-end feel of attending an event or gaining backstage pass.

We frequently host exclusive parties and events where fans get to meet their favorite creators in person. The branding needed to reflect this dual nature of Passes: digital and in-person connection.
